Added a nav_avoid at the end of the top route that enables when the bottom route is the active route.

spawnbot_ambush_upper and spawnbot_ambush_lower are properly disabled according to the active route. Put both spawn names into a spawn so that the ambush bots spawn at the correct spawn regardless of the active path.

Removed logic_auto that fired input to wave_init_relay when restarting a wave. This should now allow wave_init_upper_relay and wave_init_lower_relay to function properly.

Fixed a nav right above tank path leading to the final.
