played mga for the first time in ~10 years, decided i would make a map for it. this was conjured up in ~48 hrs
currently lacking the vcscript/map logic to make the game mode function. it's just a layout

- broken path_tracks
- water z-fighting
- (potentially) improve auto-eb
- weird scaling in spawn rooms
- blu spawn borked
- spec teles
