Swapped the tiebreaker ball yet again-- it is now a D20 that enables spells when served!

- The grinders now shutter themselves during a stalemate to prevent further stalling

- Added two more ammo pickups, a medium and a small, near the goal

Continued artpassing the map-- mostly focused on BLU's side, but touchups were done across the map
Clipping improvements
Made both pipeballs even lighter
Replaced the cursed Black Ball with a ghostly Purple Ball, to test how alternate balls might play
GOALS/GRINDERS
The goal areas now have displacement floors
Fixed? the ball surviving being grinded
The grinder shutter is now at the entrance to it's building, instead of just covering the grinder pit itself
UNDERPASS
- Downgraded the full healthpack to a medium healthpack

Artpassed more of RED's side
Fixed the spellbook hud not appearing
Lengthened the respawn time for pumpkin bombs, from 15 seconds to 25 seconds
Made the pipeballs ~20% lighter
I fiddled with a lot of values, so this number isn't exact
The Witching Hour arrives!!
Logic is ported directly from Helltower, minus the Skeleton King. If there's any bugs, let me know!
GRINDERS
Experimenting with having the grinders always active-- when used, however, they become disabled for 90 seconds
Grinding a ball no longer adds 30 seconds to the clock
Made the grinder shack easier to enter
GOALS
Fixed an unintended perch at the spires
The bats now swarm for slightly longer after a goal is scored
