Based on the Carnival of Carnage map

Im personally not sure on the purple accents as it seems a bit harsh but my idea was to mimic the neon Merasmus and fortune teller signs.
(Note: Im aware it uses themes similar to the misfortunate warpaint but I tried to put my own spin on a warpaint themed on the map. For example the wood is based on designs in the bumper car madness, and the the purple stripes represent the tent on the map.)
