High Cones

High Cones Alpha 4

So I've moved the whole spawn area and the intermediary building up by a little bit effectivly removing a bunch of the defender's high ground. I've also, hopefully, made it easier for the attackers to climb up to the top of the cones.
I've also removed that wierd side building that gave another to the top of the cones as it is no longer needed.
The capture time has been decreased.
Also added a little hazard tape to visually indicate where the cap area ends.
The cones are now a lot lower than previously.
The connector in the cones has been made a one way path into the team's lobby area and the building connecting to the cones has been changed a bit to make it easier for the attacker to capture the point.
So there were some lines of sight which could be problematic... I just placed a hand full of brushes blocking them.
