minor changes to hopefully improve gameplay before playtests

GAMEPLAY:
-removed the pillars near the point to open the space up, also slightly shifted a staircase.
-added a crate jump to get to the battlements near the point.
-updated the position and value of the pickup pair closest to the point.
-removed some barrels at the crate jump next to the dam room entrance to avoid a sightline.
-slightly raised the consoles and a crate close to spawn to avoid a sightline.

MISCELANEOUS:
-made all handrails non-solid to avoid inconsistency in splash damage registration.
-clipping improvements, especially in the dam room.
-stairs!
-updated and added more route signs that will hopefully improve indication of direction.
-changed the skybox to be generic and brighter.
-fixed some fully dark brushes.

recompiled and (hopefully) updated a lighting bug that restricted the map from being put in the maplist
an update so big it skipped a version

GAMEPLAY:
-built the map completely from the ground up, opening and scaling up lots of spaces while utilizing some ideas from the previous versions.
-new routes, platforms, verticality, pickups, and other gameplay elements that should make the point easier to attack.
-general improvement to clipping.

MISCELANEOUS:
-extra detail in some spaces.
-im aware of some minor brush lighting issues and visual bugs, ill figure it out later.

mostly minor tweaks and such

GAMEPLAY:
-moved and clipped trucks near the spawn rooms
-changed the packs furthest from the point
-slightly opened up the route to batts and added a wall to avoid a sightline
-minor clipping adjustments

MISCELANEOUS:
-minor detailing, including sun angle
-added cameras
