disclaimer: i have no idea how this will work with other vscript gamemodes like vsh / arena vscript, so mix gamemodes at your own risk!!

the script contains a version without balance tweaks and one with them (created by me as an example), along with a basic system in place so anyone can add / remove balance tweaks as they see fit (found within the script itself). it also contains a reference map so you can easily copy and paste the logic_script entity in your map w/o having to set it up manually...
