Wrong Announcer Line for 2nd Payload Control Point

Hi,

For some reason, the Announcer reverses her Voicelines when capturing the 2nd Control Point.
When playing on BLU, she says: The Enemy has received additional Time
When playing on RED, she says: Congratulations, we have been awarded additional Time

I dont see any differences between this CP and the other 2 in terms of how I configurated them.

Does anyone know a Fix?
