My first attempt at doing anything with models. Simply adds three skins to tank001. I feel like they might be too saturated, but ah well, that's for later. To install, unzip tank001_skins into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom and then run your game to load the custom textures
