The layout seems kinda unique (which is good for koth), but mid felt a bit annoying/boring in _a1. Annoying because of the doors that quickly completely shifted the battle (because of sentryguns that were being placed behind them) and boring because of generally how -flat- the combat space was otherwise. Sure there are the windows that put people on higher heights, but if I'm fighting another player at mid I can't reasonably interact with them or dodge their shots - use my environment in any meaningful way.
I think scaling down the verticality of the window rooms' interior, shifting up the long side route past mid, making mid more fun, and potentially changing the environment lighting to be more dramatic (less mellow/boring, I want to see the sun) would help spruce up the map to be more enjoyable.
