Hammer wont start...

I need help. Everytime I open Hammer it just doesn't open. Instead, it creates a MDMP file. Does anybody have a clue on how to fix hammer? I've already tried verifying the game cache and it still wont work...

Nah, didn't help. But I do have the same exact problem as the guy in the post you sent. Literally the same problem with the .mdmp files and I tried to open the .bat file but it didn't help... It just makes another .mdmp file.
