dreiberg - payload map initially intended for the "rules of threes"

A payload map I had initially intended for the "rule of threes" contest but didn't get around to commit to.
Obviously inspired by my own favourite payload maps in certain spots.

Featuring 3 points with the unique twist of 3 forward-roll-zones between the second and last control point.

A2 Changes:
- Simplified cliff area at Blu Spawn
- Added more cover at Blu Spawn
- Added additional flank-route for BLU from point A to B
- Several Adjustments to interior areas at B
- minor changes to Last flanks
- Added more pickups all over the map
- (hopefully) fixed the B doors (no more trapping of innocent scouts)
- Moved Blu's 2nd forward spawn a bit farther ahead
- Updated Localization Files
- Removed Herobrine
