cp_coney - 2 Stage 2CP Map in the densely urban Coney Island, New York

Collaborative effort between myself and Yacan1. CP_Coney is a 2 Stage 2CP map set on Coney Island in Brooklyn, New York. Each stage is approximately as big as A/D Gorge, and travels the distance from historic Industry City to the Coney Island beaches and amusement parks.

Disabled collisions across all streetlights
Disabled shadows across all fences
Added alpha out-of-bounds visuals
Added bumpers for wider crossing to A
Fixed one-way door clipping through roof on A

Preparing for stage 2 transition at B
Widened curve at highground route to B
Removing orange truck at B
Adjusted health and ammo kits across the map

Changed default Red spawnwave time from 12->8
Changed default Blu spawnwave time from 10->4
Fixed water texture scale across the map
Clipped around lighthouse pier and beach rocks
Added a deathpit sign to a future deathpit (it isn't ready yet)
Increased point A captime from 20->24
Increased point B captime from 10->12
Unsplit Blu's forward spawns so that Stuffy doesn't kill himself
Reworked former Blu forward spawn into new route to B
Reworked fences around former Blu forward spawn...

Expanded docks outside of a1 blu spawn
Lengthened warehouse at A
-Reworked warehouse interior to accommodate
-Added new window overlook toward a1 blu spawn
Added additional highground perch at A
Added divets in sewer to A
Adjusted respawn times across the entire map
-A1 should be harder for blue, A2 should be easier
Adjusted most health and ammo pickups near A

Fixed every major bug listed here!
Added a new route from the stage 1 sewer outlet to the Jimi Jam garage
Put nobuild in every deep part of water across the map
Lowered spawn times by 2 across the board
Red has shorter spawn times on stage 1A
Blu has shorter spawn times on stage 2A
-The interest in these spawn time changes is to make areas have multiple teamfights across the board, stagnation was very common in the previous...

1A Blu spawntimes reduced from 4 -> 2
1A Captime reduced from 30 -> 25
1B Captime reduced from 12 -> 10

2A Captime reduced from 30 -> 25
Red forcerespawn delay reduced from 1 -> 0.25
Cowrousel starts spinning 3 seconds sooner :)
