See, I thought Spytech was more Clean than Detailed, Like Blank with a few details.
haters gon' hate pooluke. I really dig it. The shading on the black line gives it a really nice feel and i think what people here are trying to say is that it just needs a bit more texture and dynamic. Try some of the aforementioned tactics or just throw in some inconspicuous paint patches. :d
Your right, but if you look at the spytech textures, the borders aren't straight, they have globs missing and contoured to give it that messy, quickly painted feeling.
Don't get me wrong, if you labeled this as paneling, like the stuff you line your basement with for a quick finish with, then it would be a really great addition to the game. I personally look at this texture and see places where the wall is bending apart and behind it you'll see the cliff or rock it was covering...
It's a good idea, just not executed in the exact tf2 style.
Edit, maybe add a little dirt

Make that dirt really low opcaity and add some noise to the entire image. As said, you just need to break up the "perfect"ness of it
Oh God.. What have you done? xD - He said "a little dirt" Not a whole field. :O

Edit: the one above ^ is alot better. But now looks washed out. :/
Wouldn't Spytech look more Washed out, as they spray it now and again and its so worn from being sprayed?
Think of it being a secret underground base. Very little people go down there. Is it going to be worn, it's just badly pained becuase nobody cares about how it looks.
It's a secret base! :3
Do you even know what colour blue is?
That's green.
