Huge detailing revamp as well as some fixes!
completley revamped the detailing of the map (thank you ms. wizard!)
revamped the skybox (thank you ms. wizard!)
added blockbullets to the platforms in the pit
reduced ground displacement power from 4 to 3 and added divisions
centered signs outside of spawn
centered respawn visualisers
fixed the ceiling fans so they properly show up in the spawn rooms
various func_detail-ing
aligned the tele platform and bridge
updated point model
changed the skybox
tweaked the fog controller
added env_sun
added fog to the skybox
realigned the awnings outside of spawn
adjusted the spectator cameras
made drop-down fences not solid to bullets and projectiles
rotated the park benches to prevent players from getting stuck
refined the pit to look more natural
teleporters no longer keep your velocity (Vscript)
Added needed collisions to the fence, the sign, and the minecart
Fixed an issue with the overlay on blu's dropdown
