The map is on a Beach Shore, near a port, and we're in the early 20st century, when the first world war had ended, the United States of America had issued a new law that in order to bring a more noble experience to the country, was undertaken to reduce crime and corruption, solve social problems, reduce the tax burden created by prisons and poorhouses, and improve health and hygiene in America, that being called the "Prohibition Era", the age where booze and alcoholic beverages were prohibited for the sake of the population.

We call that era the "Prohibition Era", the age where Booze and Alcoholic beverages were Prohibited and dumped into the sewers.

This didnt stop people from having a taste of them Whiskey, after all, they were creeative at the time.
At this age, a new practice came, the said "Speakeasies", where people would come into hidden places to socialize and drink, although, you had to keep it a VERY VERY Secret and NOT snitch to the cops, otherwise, you'd be expected to get a fish in a newspaper from someone.

The Map has a lot of Scenery Telling, going from RED Destroying BLU's stash of Whiskey that was hidden, from BLU getting their transportation of rum confiscated.
