|fixed a very important mistake where relay_capture_a_blu would trigger relay_capture_b_red_subraction instead of relay_capture_a_red_subraction, I'm sorry I was very tired at the time

At this point I believe I've fixed most of the logic bugs, thanks to @MrBurguers for helping me

If there are still any more as always let me know
|changed how subtracting values works to prevent cases where one team caps a control point, while the other team captures another, causing the game to think the first team has less points than they own to start their team's timer
|attempted to fix an issue with the timers not counting down when both points are owned by one team, I can't be sure that this is a total fix as the bug is really hard to replicate on my end, but I've set the point enable time to 0, maybe this fixes the issue.
