Fixed a single bad number that I didn't even need to fix because who really cares about HDR anyway?

Added roofs to buildings
Added lighting inside the buildings
Added a ramp to the point
(Hopefully) packed the textures correctly
Fixed a series of leaks
Added missing ramps to the spawn rooms
Decorated a little more than I should have
