Hoppercar a1

changes:
- fixed the respawn timer being long
- shrank the outdoor areas
- added walls on the left path to block sightlines onto the point
- removed the space behind the ramps on the point and rotated them 45°
- made the spawn areas much bigger and added doors on each side
- added more cover on left and right paths
- rotated the room on the middle path
- alterations to health and ammo packs
- made the left path narrower
- fixed weird lighting in point area
- didn't accidently compile it with hdr
- actually remembered to build the cubemaps
- other small changes probably

to do:
- put more cubemaps
- put soundscapes
- assign blu decals to the right face (I just realized I forgot and it would take 5 minutes to fix but I'm lazy af)
