Mostly a coding update:

  • fixed the multiple Monoculus (active monocs) from actually being and following the monoculus coding with the monc hud timer displayed on the screen.
  • these are now replaced with a team specifc monoc (on trigger and there aremore than 1 that spawn at any given time) that will appear raise hell for 20 seconds and then disappear. They will appear/disappear in various areas of the map
  • fixed the H. Horseman, it was spawning more than 1 in some locations, there still could be more than one in opration at any given time - i.e. 3 coming from different spots instead of all three coming from the same spot
  • skeleton and HHH health have been reduced a little but they will still have enough to stop being instatnly spawn killed by sentry guns etc.
  • fixed the broken skybox bug of having rocks appearing to come into the playable areas of the map
  • have made my choices for the rock wall and outdoor floor textures
  • have done just a couple of displacements and painted them to see how they look in game and will have to see if the light values will have to be bumped up yet again because players are in hell and there's no sky in the skybox
  • replaced the cap point models with 'wells' where the HHH will appear
  • fixed a hole where players / bots could fall into and not die causing them to become stuck

and as always - enjoy!

  • fixed some geomerty issues
  • fixed most of the stuff commented on during the ;ast play test
  • fixed the skybox 'visual' bugs, still need to work on the textures
  • lowered skeleton health
  • hopefully got monoculous to right team (neutral boss)
  • fixed a couple of sightlines
  • fixed an ammo pack that couln't be picked up
  • made one part of the map accessible on cap only to keep players from running around willy nilly and getting lost
  • fixed telepoter room door so that it now oprns and players will no longer be trapped at the ext point
  • added in another jumpscare trap

will do more work on the map
Here's version A3 Updates Are:

  • some major geometry changes - mostly flanking routes
  • more base optimization done
  • changed bosses over to neutral so that they attack both teams
  • worked on the skeleton teeth so bots and players can get over them better
  • lava lakes are now lakes that burn instead of instant kills
  • I think he fun level / mayhem level is increased - more bosses of different types in the map

skeletons are now team specific because who doesn't need some help from the undead from time to time :p
the same goes for monoculous - they're team specific
