vsh_greenscreen - blue flavour included

Hale spawns in a dev room with the control point and portals to greenscreen and bluescreen rooms. RED spawn in those 2 rooms.

Custom chat commands:
!axes - toggle navigational axes
!borders - toggle room borders
!green - tp to greenscreen
!blue - tp to bluescreen
!back - tp to the dev room
!shadows - toggle shadows
!hale - become Hale next round
