Vulcan S1A3

Update log:
-Changed bridge before A slightly to widen door and smooth out its shape
-Added a new route to connect the upper garage to the lower route before B
-Added a door to the lower route between A and B that opens after A is captured
-Extended cap times of both points
-Removed stairs from upper route to B and changed geometry a bit
-Fixed RED resupply cabinets
-A few details here and there

Stage 1 Alpha 2

Fixed bad texture and prop packing, map should be playable now without error props and missing textures everywhere
