    The latest version of Vital Link. A 3 Point CP Map by zpqrei.

    Alpha 2:

    -Added new routes to main CP.
    -Completely redone the lighting. Now all lighting works fine.
    -Added env_tonemap_controller. Now the CP renders properly.
    -Added detail to RED's Base.

    Alpha 1:

    -First release.

    Info:

    Cp_vital_link is a small 3 point CP map set in an underground base on a vital link between Europe and North America, originally owned by the REDBLU company. Since the slit into two companies, RED and BLU, the fight has been on as to who gets the base.

    Looks a bit dark. Could we see an overhead view of the whole map?

    Yeah, t'was a little dark. I'm working on completly re-lighting the place. All the old lights are gone and the new ones are coming in.

    Infact, I have a WIP bit of lighting. Some values need to be reset and I still think it should be a lot lighter (look at the sides - way too dark?). What do you guys think?

    To be frank, you really don't need to cover half the screenshot with huge text.

    Also, I'd suggest texturing the map before you start putting in fancy lighting.

    Ah, can't test this map until you pakrat the custom textures in- it will show up black and purple for everyone. This is a necessity for every build of a map you make with custom material in it.

    Ok, here is the layout. You may notice that half of it is in darkness. That's because it isn't lit yet. I'll be doing that now.
