Where's the "mark" button?

    On Insurgency's hammer in the face edit tool there's a mark button, but on TF2's hammer this button is missing, anyone know why it's missing or if i can enable it?

    it marked all the brushes with the texture you had selected

    I've never seen a dedicated mark button but you can open the replace textures dialog and do this

    It seems like Insurgency's Hammer is a newer version than that of TF2's, thus having it look different but having the exact same function.

    I wonder how feasible it would be to simply copypaste Hammer.exe from a newer game to an older one. Be nice if it worked, since you'd get the support for blend textures too.

    Somebody else try it; I'm scared of messing things up.

    I just tried that, it gives an error and doesn't open.

    I tried copypasting a csgo's hammer, doesnt work

    The newer Hammers handle vmfs in a different way, that's why they probably don't work.

    it just doesnt launch, you can try, if you save your old hammer nothing messes up
