Where can I submit "complete" maps?

It's a dumb question but I legitimately don't know which subforum to post in.

Map Factory is only for WIP maps, and the Competitive Map Testing subforum only has 1 post in it in 6 months, so I'm led to believe that's not where maps are actually posted.

You can submit maps under downloads https://tf2maps.net/downloads/add. Yes they do get added under map factory but that's fine.
