This is a leak. No brushes are func_detail and No brushes are displacements.
Have you tried remaking all the brushes involved?
Just tried that, it just made another line.
Do you have areaportals in every other exit/entrance of that room?
Areaportalled the whole map, that's why I am currently leak-checking.

The other side of the choke
The problem may be the diagonal doors, since i don't have much precision in doing that stuff yet.
Yeah, if areaportals have any more than two faces showing, they cause leaks, so you'd need to be precise with the diagonals.

yep - you're on a hill exposing the sides - move the ramp out a touch - put in a rectangular brush on the bottom of the door
