Weird Compile Thing

So I was working on my map and when I went to compile it, instead of compiling my most recent save it just compiled my last compile. (if that makes sense). So it basically just opens an older version if I try to compile my most recent save. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd also be careful with this issue:

It's not a major one but can cause some problems in your map.
