Water not showing up in-game

    I made a nodraw block and selected the top face and made it water texture, and it's not showing up in-game, I'm running all the compiling programs and none on fast.

    Also I don't think I have any leaks, I used mat_leafvis and it was visleaves there.

    Could be a couiple things, not sure.

    1-you have water unchecked in your auto hide groups.

    2-you have water at a different level somewhere in your map. You can only have one level I guess. I tried putting water tex on a displacement and it didn't work, might be displacement thing in my case or because I already had water at another level.

    3- I know you need to back up the water brush with something, in that pic it looks like sky tex under it. You need to at least have nodraw all the way around water or things like pyro can use flames underwater will happen.

    4- not sure if water has to be a square, but a cyclinder shaped brush should work.

    It was a leak :S , I thought that VIS wouldn't run when there were leaks?
    And as VIS creates visleaves, mat_leafvis wouldn't show leaves? :O
    (Leak was 1 unit thing on skybox missed)
