vmf not converting into bsp

so i have made a map to test my displacements and i wanted to see how they looked in-game but when i tried to run the map an error occured saying "the command failed. Windows reported the error: the system cannot find the file specified"

Try checking your map to see if anythings wrong by pressing alt + p in hammer. Its probably that somethings wrong with the displacement or there's an invalid brush.

This error typically happens when something has gone catastrophically wrong and the compiler basically just crashes before it can write the bsp. These errors are usually quite hard to diagnose unless you know exactly what you're looking for though, so good luck.
