Velocity noise shoots particles

    In my custom particle Velocity noise initializer shoots particles up and down, even though maximum or minimum outputs are pointing up:

    Also, if Lifetime Random set to 1 (Max and Min) everything is ok

    As far as I know, the noise functions in TF2 are broken. It's better to just use velocity random or spawn within sphere random.

    But it is used in some tf2 particles, like skybox smoke on forge
