I've been trying to compile a map, but an error comes up stating that Access is Denied to the vbsp.exe.

    Here is the log:

    ** Executing...
    ** Command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\bin\vbsp.exe"
    ** Parameters: -game "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf" "C:\HammerAutosave\koth_reservoir.vmf"

    * Could not execute the command:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\bin\vbsp.exe" -game "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf" "C:\HammerAutosave\koth_reservoir.vmf"
    * Windows gave the error message:
    "Access is denied."

    ** Executing...
    ** Command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team_Fortress 2\bin\vvis.exe"

    ** Parameters: -game "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf" "C:\HammerAutosave\koth_reservoir"

    * Could not execute the command:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team_Fortress 2\bin\vrad.exe" -game "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf" "C:\HammerAutosave\koth_reservoir"
    * Windows gave the error message:
    "Access is denied."

    ** Executing...
    ** Command: Copy File
    ** Parameters: "C:\HammerAutosave\koth_reservoir.bsp" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team_Fortress 2\tf\maps\koth_reservoir.bsp"

The command failed. Windows reported the error:
"The system cannot find the path specified."

I looked to see if all programs were there, and the vbsp.exe is missing. Does anyone know where I can get it, or what to do to fix this problem?

Try verifying integrity of game cache in TF2 steam properties.

You can also try running Hammer as administrator, maybe.
