also added some rocks I forgot

added another rock
changed that odd flank route to a one way door for RED to use before first is capped
added some more ammo and health
made the second point area have more stuff to it
changed round timers (start with 170 seconds, capping first gives only 40 more seconds)
replaced hazard tape with some actual tracks
