This is so awesome. Best way to get back at all those damn companies that give you the run-around. He told them he was hoping for 1m views in a year... he's already obliterated that goal, and I hope it rockets even further.

United sucks, thats just the truth. I live in Chicago and have to deal with United and O'Hare quite a bit and it sucks. Still talk about bad PR.

I feel the guys pain. Flew back from Texas a couple years back with one of these:

That's a Martin, and they aren't cheap

First they put it on the wrong plane, so they had to UPS it to my house a day later. Gets there and the headstock is split almost in half. I never tried to get a refund out of them, wasn't too expensive to get fixed

I heard a story on this guy, and how United asked for the rights to the song, so they could use it in a training video. Good stuff

With large corporations there's always a circle of blame going around.

The only thing I like about United is that they used to give ice cream sandwiches on international flights. I don't think they do now, so there's one less reason for me to use their services.
