My map contains custom content that I would like to pack into it. I originally used CompilePal for this, since I was directed to it when looking for VIDE/Pakrat. It did not work, which was a fact I did not discover until during an imp the next day. Since then I've tried to use VIDE according to this guide but I'm still unsure to whether it has worked, and I do not want re-embarass myself.
1) How to use CompilePal. I've basically been guessing my way about it, and it appears I probably guessed incorrectly.
2) How to check that my map has the custom content packed into it. There has to be a better way than deleting all of the custom files from my computer, then re-downloading the map to see.
Edit: I believe I have found the answer to 2); use the command sv_pure 2 while in the map.
Edit 2: I've also figured out (mostly) how to use CompilePal. If anyone is struggling like I was, feel free to ask.
