Triggerable soundscapes play in spectator?

I have several music-playing triggerable soundscapes in my map, set to the "off" position, and they surround the entire map.

When someone joins the game and goes into "spectate" mode, or if they die and see a spectator camera while waiting to respawn, a random soundscape from the 14 soundscapes I have around the map will start to play. The thing is, none of them should play at all unless a button is pressed to turn them on, because they are all supposed to be initially off, and turn each other off when the next song button is pressed.

Is this a game specific glitch, or is there any way to fix it in the mapping process?

If you want them to be played only at specific times, why are you using soundscapes and not ambient? You should have more control over ambient, but maybe i'm missing something you know about them that i don't.

You can probably just place env_soundscape_proxy with the triggerable-soundscape's name on them around the map, so when it gets triggered even spectators will be given it as long as they see it. Im not exactly sure.

The reason I can't use ambient_generics is because I have a personal mute button in the map that has a blank soundscape in front of it to mute the music for only those that don't like the music. I had to have this after hearing complaints on the original version of the map made by someone else.
