Timer glitches on certain maps

I've noticed that on several otherwise great maps, the timer will stick at 0:00 when it counts down to that point. Instead of the round stalemating or going to sudden death the map will just go on until the objectives are met (all flags or points captured by a team). ctf_convoy_v2, cp_foldtown_v1, and ctf_snofort_final are three maps that exhibit this. All three are maps people absolutely love on the server I run. So I've been searching for a way to resolve this.

Is there a simple way to fix this? I'm in no way an experienced mapper, but I know my way around enough to do some simple editing. Preferably I would like to do it without recompiling the map, with something like entspy possibly (so that nobody would have to re-download it). That I know of these maps don't even have a team_round_timer entity in them (they just rely on the server variable mp_timelimit), so I have no idea where to go with this using Hammer.

On a related note, entspy doesn't seem to want to work on my computer. The program opens, but as soon as I try to open a map the program quits. I have the latest version of Java, and they don't have a help section or troubleshooting guide so I have nowhere to go with this either.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You would need to send the SetStalemateOnTimelimit (parameter of 1) input to the tf_gamerules entity. This is usually done from a logic_auto
