So i was exploring the new maps for new things they added, and I stumbled upon this beautiful waterfall in Sawmill. I knows it's not a model, therefore its probably an entity? Does anyone know what it is? Or would I be better off waiting for the map to be decompiled?

It is decompiled - by many persons I guess, but, it's mostly a model, and some parts are particle effects (splash, smog, etc)
