"The system cannot find the file specified"

    Talk about a lack of information.

    Assuming this is coming from the end of the compile log when it tries to copy the BSP, it means the BSP was never generated because you have a fatal error in the VBSP process that you should be looked for in the log.

    Argh, after looking through the log it turns out it was a leak.

    Nevermind.

    Leaks normally won't prevent generation of the BSP. More than likely there is another more severe error.

    Does your map file name have any spaces?

    Yeah it did but then I resaved it with a different name, but it still happened. Bah, it doesn't matter now I restarted the map since I was only ten minutes in and it's all good now. Thanks though.
