Hi, Im new to mapping, and have a couple of issues. Im currently creating a mvm/payload map, but I cant compile anymore. Anyone know how to fix this? I used interloopers.net but I still cant figure out, whats wrong. Heres a copy of the log.

Note: There are 2/3 custom props in the map, dont know if they'll load. Still confused about hammer

That barrel-shaped brush mass on the hole should be func_detail.

Ctrl + T is the default shortcut for brush entities. Select the func_detail class if it isn't already on the window.

Yes. func_detail makes the brush not cut visibility. Poor compiler was struggling trying to determine that from those brushes before. It should be compiling now.

When I click 'Run Map' it gives me this popup after a couple of seconds. When I click yes it loads me into the game, but doesnt open the map. Is that normal?

You have a leak in your map. Load the pointfile and see where the leak occurs to seal the map. Watch Tophattwaffle's tutorials on Hammer.
Try verifying integrity of game files in Steam before re-opening Hammer.

No pointfile was generated however. Is there anyway I can generate it myself?

Edit: Nevermind, it generated itself after I run the map again

I loaded the point file, and this line here appeared. It starts in the rock and ends underneath the skybox (placed there so there would be no void). What does this mean?

Either that floor is a displacement or you aren't aligning the skybox brushes right so they're seamless. At least we know it thinks there's a leak.
