Just making this thread to say thanks to those who thank me. I know it's such a small feature on the forums but if we make these sort of threads to mark our 1,000 post mark why not to mark our other statistical forum achievements? The thanks i get lets me know i'm producing informative and helpful posts for you guys and to continue making the types of posts that get thanked to help you in an even more efficient capacity (you guys know what you want more than i do). The tutorials and articles i've made do take a couple evenings to compile, not to mention the indepth analysis i produce for individuals for the gameday entries i attend and the paint over screen shots i normally create to help advise where you guys should take your W.I.P. maps next. It's good to know you guys like to see this as the thanks do in their own small way motivate me to continue doing them for you. Even though it's a fairly insubstantial thing to just press a button that adds +1 to a counter it's still nice to see that people appreciate my continued presence and involvement here; and on a last note: Hopefully this doesn't sound too vain or egotistical. There is a minority that like to call me pretentious because i take level design more seriously than some (or even most?). I like to think that seeing several thanks at the bottom of my posts means this isn't true or at least not a negative thing. This is a wonderful community that is a success because of all of the little people as well as the mods and admins that maintain it and its events. Now go thank more helpful posts!!!
