Testing preformance of a map

Alright... Here's the problem: Normally, it's a good thing to have a C2Q Q9300 @2.5 ghz with 4 gb of ram and a GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked, but I doubt everyone playing my map will have a super-speedy homebuilt rig. Is there any way I can make sure my map will preform well on low end systems? Right now, I am getting about 70 fps with fraps at max settings, forcing 16x aa/ 16Q af, but I really don't know how good that is. Any help would be appreciated!

Best thing to do would be to run around on various valve maps using +showbudget and mat_wireframe to see how things are there, and just keep it around there.
