Terrible FPS and fullbright on Team Fortress Classic

    Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is this forum for this because it's a different game, but I've been trying to recreate the badlands mid MGE arena in the goldsrc engine so I could 1v1 my friend in a map that wasn't just mulch_dm. I've made the map, and despite it not having any leaks (after I ironed them all out), the map is completely fullbright and has terrible performance. I've also checked for problems with Alt-P, and fixed those, too. I just can't find any help on the subject, as goldsource's hammer doesn't have nearly as much documentation and as many discussions. How can I make the lighting work and get it to not run terribly on a far-more-than-capable machine?

    I'm not very familiar with GoldSrc tools, but from the logs it looks like you're running vis twice, and rad not at all.
