Teleporting help

[That's the plan]

I'm trying to make a teleport to where whenever you get teleported to a info_telportdestination the player becomes suspended in the air for a few seconds and can't move , similar to how it is on sd_doomsday_event when marasmus teleports you to the middle. Does anyone know how to do that
