You have uploaded the .vmf instead of the .bsp, .vmfs can only be opened in Hammer, while compiled .bsps can be opened in Team Fortress 2

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but I feel like this map was just thrown together. If you truly need help you should check out UEAKCrash on YouTube. His tutorials are very helpful.
