    teh top 2 screens make it look pretty "open"
    but the bottom one looks pretty good
    what is the layout of this map?
    maybe a drawing or an overhead of the layout would be good

    It'll teach you all you need to know about Territorial Control maps and how to get them to work, it's a godsend.

    Looks unique! What grass are you using? I like the top a whole lot. Bottom is way too dark. Which Bond base are you drawing from in particular?

    The island terrain wont be used in the game, theres probly going 2 be open-but-closed-off areas like the one above and another maybe for the other team.
    Its half just ideas in my head for areas and half make up as I go along.
    Not the best way, I know!

    Its a custom texture I made, I will probly tweak it a bit more as I go along.

    I recently saw the Bond movie, You Only Live Twice.
    Great style and funny, you will see a lot of spytech stuff in there, in particular, the US defence rooms and Volcano.

    I used a combination of Photoshop for the height map creation and TerrainGen.

    If someone would like to this project over then I can give them the Hammer files.

    I dont have the time to put into completing this map but have a fair chunk of it done...

    Maybe it could be an open source style group collaboration?

    Decided to start working on this again after making 2phort.

    Juice - Thx, the displacements I made using Terrain Generator/Photoshop.

    Hey, i dont know if you still got problems with the end, but in the bottom of this pagethere are some examples, so you can easily rip the ents of that.

    Looking very good!

    You have a great eye for lighting. The overall layout looks good to me but I am still not sure about the cap point on the island. It just looks outta place to me.

    Looking excellent so far. I do like most of the lighting, but the interiors are still a little too dark IMHO. The terrain looks incredible as does the detail work where you've obviously put in some time. Some areas look a little too sniper friendly, so keep an eye out for that. Also, in the outside areas there doesn't seem to be too many good sentry locations, so please think about that as well. Otherwise... *drool*.

    Latest screenies, just need to work out the Zone blockades then itll be ready for a beta.

    Things left to do

    - Zone blockades
    - Skybox
    - Add detail to some of the plain looking places
    - Add extra route from B to C zone
