I've set the render fx appropriately and the point_spotlight remains static. I'm trying to sync it up with a slow strobing light_spot. I've tried a crude setup with a logic_timer and lighton, lightoff (there's no toggle) and it didn't work out very well. I'm willing to sacrifice the effect if there's no solution. The render fx appear to be broken for the entity. Anyone got any ideas?

Alright, I'm just going to leave the lights static for now, no big deal.

And to avoid making another thread...how do I fix this problem with my displacements?

I tried to use sew on both displacements but it didn't seem to work, although I may have been using it wrong. Or maybe I did something wrong earlier on? I didn't even have this problem with my displacement cliffs. I'm willing to redo these displacements if needed.

If your displacements don't line up, sew won't work.

EDIT: That is to say, the blocks that you made the displacements from

Would a grid of squares work then? Just trying to get 100% on this :)

edit- The blocks I made the displacements from were all 16 units thick, and all at the same level.

    edit2 - Got it all working :)
