Spawnroom completely dark?

    I have a small room serving as a spawnroom in my map, and despite having 2 light_spots with brightness set to around 600, the room remains completely dark

    Are they perhaps partially embedded inside your light props? Keep in mind that (A) the actual origin of the light_spot entities is actually at the very back of the spotlight-shaped placeholder model, and (B) VRAD by default uses the collision meshes to determine what blocks light, so that includes the empty air inside the fixture cones.
