Spawn Room Error

I'm having a major problem with team spawning in my map. Previously, you would spawn only in the info_player_teamspawns for the blue team, regardless of which team you picked. I momentarily deleted all the teamspawns in the blue base just to see if the ones in the Red base were even working, and they worked. But now, only the teamspawns in the Red base work regardless of teams. I've set the teams correctly on each individual teamspawn, I'm just wondering what I'm missing.

Are they buried in the trigger? Make sure they're floating in the air if they are, sometimes spawns think they'd get the player stuck in the trigger and decide not to work.

All the teamspawns are floating above the ground in their respective triggers. Again, for some reason deleting all the Blue teamspawns made it so that only the Red teamspawns worked, even when I just undid the changes after testing.
