spawn not working

whenever i try to spawn into my tf2 map it just spawns me in the void below the blu spawn room and the console says something like "spawn for scout class 3 not found even tough valid spawns exist", can someone tell me what this means? i have 16 blu spawns and 16 red spawns also, and i tried to place a any spawn but it doesnt fix the problem. can someone help me with this?

Your spawnpoints should be hovering slightly above the floor. Also, make sure the Start Disabled keyvalue is set to No

Also make sure each spawnpoint has at least 32 units of space on each side

thanks! turns out i just neeeded to make them hover a space above.
