Spawn issue

Okay, I'm working on this new CTF map, and I wanted the resupply room to be on the second floor of a 3 story building. So I built the spawn room and such, and ran the game to make sure it worked. They are spawning, but on the ground floor. I circled in red where the classes spawn. I'm not sure what's wrong, help please.

Maybe try having them slightly hovering above the floor so it reduces the possiblity of it being due to them getting stuck.

info_player_teamspawns should be ~16 units above ground, because the player spawns on the textured surface nearest the i_p_t (Premuda had an error similar to this, IIRC: the players' feet would be stuck in a playerclip brush, since playerclip doesn't count as a textured surface in-game).
